However what was naturally omitted was the fact that this was the proper corporate process, not a democratic one. However we can hardly appeal to the ombudsman for the democratic deficit , lack of informed choice, for their remit never covers these areas, because their actual remit is only very narrowly defined to begin with. Another example is the Standards board for England who although found that 3 councillors, who were board members of Erimus Housing, had failed to declare an interest and although this was seen by them as maladministration, they clearly stated that no injustice would flowed from it? Well this is hardly surprising, in that what this shows are 2 departments set up by ‘the same system’ in order to use what magicians refer to as misdirection, away from any more legitimate legal process.
