		<content type="html"><![CDATA[new plans for a Light Rail system for a £140,000,000 study / plan ?&nbsp;-<BR>are those in charge of Teesside off the rails ?<BR>how can the Darlington Saltburn line <BR>even be considered for a light rail system<BR>would users really like to get off and on in the wilderness<BR>that surrounds that rail track ?<BR>or will buses be available to ferry light rail users <BR>to and from their nearest point of the track ?<BR>but surely that would contridict the essence of a light rail sytem<BR>and&nbsp;how will the scheduled services&nbsp;for frieght and passenger<BR>be worked around ?<BR>will this light rail madness become the next Marton Crawl ?&nbsp;&nbsp;]]></content>
