how can the Darlington Saltburn line
even be considered for a light rail system
would users really like to get off and on in the wilderness
that surrounds that rail track ?
or will buses be available to ferry light rail users
to and from their nearest point of the track ?
but surely that would contridict the essence of a light rail sytem
and how will the scheduled services for frieght and passenger
be worked around ?
